Delete your Khorak account

You can delete your Khorak account (the Khorak app by Carpal Plus LTD) at any time, with or without the app.

Option 1 — in the app

  1. Open Khorak and sign in.
  2. Go to Account → Settings.
  3. Tap “Delete my account” and confirm.

Option 2 — without the app

Send us a message from the email address or phone number you use to sign in to Khorak, saying “Delete my Khorak account”. We may ask you to confirm it is you.

What is deleted

  • Your sign-in account, name, email, phone number and saved addresses are deleted.
  • Past orders are kept only for accounting and legal duties, with your name, phone number and address removed.
  • Your cart, favourites and recent searches are stored only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.

We finish deleting within 30 days of your request.
